We are a group of fully certified & experienced engineers that have more than 10 Years of hardware repair experience! We repair all PC / Laptops / Network at with after-service warranty. No charge if problem is not fixed.

We provide a full range of IT repairs, both software and hardware solutions, for desktops and notebooks. We handle all types of software conflicts including viruses. Hardware repairs are our specialty, installing and swapping parts. We do internal repairs on notebooks. We service most brands, but are sometimes limited by the availability of parts in Singapore

You will be advised of the actual service fee before a repair is undertaken, and when possible, you will be informed of the cost of the repair parts required to fix your equipment.

No Fix No Charge Policy. You as a consumer is protected by this policy. Hence there is no service charge if the computer cannot be repaired by our support guy.

Sending in (delivery provided)

1. You decide on the date and time that works best for you to have your PC taken for service, and the date and time that it needs to be returned.

2. Call us to schedule PC pickup and return date and time, specifying the comfort range of time during which that PC can be out of service. During this initial call, the tentative scope and costs of this upgrade can be discussed.

3. You will take what precautions are necessary to protect your data on the computer(s) in question by backing up the data, or, alternately, you will instruct us to back up all PCs to our network prior to service at our shop.

4. A technician arrives within the agreed time zone and picks up the computer(s) to be serviced.

5. We will make a diagnosis and contact you by telephone or e mail. A technician will explain the problem to you and outline your repair options. He will advise you of the cost of repair. No work will be performed until we have consulted you by phone or e mail and you have approved the work to be done.

6. The repaired computer system is put through a thorough and rigorous testing to validate your system. Any components that fail this test are replaced, and the test repeated. This ensures that when the PC is returned, you are back at 100% peak production efficiency.

7. A PC technician returns with the completed PC at the required time, hooks it up, configures it to the network, reinstalls applications as needed, and is available and on-hand until you signal they can leave.

The turn around time for most repairs is 2-3 working days. If parts are required and need to be ordered, it may take longer. We will advise you of the approximate time required during diagnostic consultation.
