1. Are you a job agency?

No. Our company L&C IT Consultants founded JobCyclone in 2001. We developed JobCyclone as our web portfolio and an application for the interaction of employers, job agencies and job seekers. Our mission is to provide our IT expertise to ease the candidate and job seeking process. Hence, we do not participate in the employment process in any way.

2. How much do I need to pay for posting a job offer?

You pay as low as S$50 for one job posting on our site. Currently, we have three packages for you. For more information on the details of the packages we offer, please visit http://www.jobcyclone.com/postJob.php.

3. What is the duration of the job posting?

We allow our customers a duration for as long as they wish. For package Lite and package Regular, you can delete your job posting anytime using the application.

Your job postings will be displayed at http://www.jobcyclone.com/latest_jobs.php. We usually limit the number of jobs displayed at this page to 100 jobs with the newer job postings displayed on top. This is to help keep our job postings updated.

If your job posting is shifted out of the 100 jobs, it will not be displayed, however, it will still be in our database. For Package Lite and Package Regular, there will be no charges at all to refresh your jobs any number of times (when the jobs get shifted out). This is applicable within that duration of your Package, ie. 3 months for Package Lite and 12 months for Package Regular.

Usually, your job offer will be displayed long enough for you to gain substantial resumes before it gets shifted out, hence you do not have to worry too much about it.

4. How do I start posting my job offers?

5. How do I make my payments?

After you post a job offer, you are directed to a page where you can opt for online payment through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can pay online directly at our job posting page or pay directly to "contact@jobcyclone.com". Otherwise, we will send you an email with an invoice and you can then make your payments using cheque.

6. Can I activate my account immediately as I'm looking for candidates urgently?

Sure! If you have posted your job offer at http://www.jobcyclone.com/postJob.php, just fax us an order form including your order of package, together with your company name, authorised signature and company stamp, and we will activate your account immediately.

7. What database of resumes do you have?

We have resumes from numerous professions of different job categories. You can take a look at the job categories we have at http://www.jobcyclone.com/latest_jobs.php.

8. I'm pretty concerned on the response. Do you have a large resume database?

To date, we have gained substantial visitors to our site as we are listed on many search engines and is ranked within the top ten positions of the major search engine Google / Yahoo. From our web statistics, we have gained escalating 1 million++ requests!

We have a continuous stream of resumes coming in per day with ever-increasing numbers. This is obtained through our constant advertising efforts to maintain substantial resumes for our customers.

9. Can I gain access to your database of resumes?

For Package Lite and Package Regular, yes. However, you can only view those resumes submitted by interested job seekers who respond to your job offers. Previously, you will not be able to view all other resumes of job seekers who did not respond to your jobs. This is because we have to protect the privacy of all our job seekers as promised. However, we have now open up our database to cater to job seekers who wishes to put their resumes in the public showcase for employer's viewing. Job seekers who do not wish to opt for public showcase will retain their privacy.

10. What happens after I post a job offer?

We will send job alert emails to job seekers in the job categories that you have chosen for your job offers. This job alert email will be sent once every day around 1pm to 2pm or so.

Hence, we will advise our employers to post their job offers preferably before noon, so that it will take lesser time to inform the job seekers. Notification of job offers posted after 2pm will be done on the next day.

Please allow for a few days for job seekers to respond. You will then note an increasing number of interested candidates for your job offers.

We also take efforts to constantly advertise your job offers through our campaigns.
